After you have contacted Furry Friends Pet Care, We will set up an appointment to conduct a free initial meet and greet by coming to your home to meet you and your pets, obtain any detailed instructions on their feeding habits , medications if any, and everything you'd like to have done. This will ensure that your pets are provided with the best possible care and attention while your away.
There will be a $10.00 key pick up charge if the key is not given at the meet and greet.
If other parties have access to pet owners home at the same time as Furry friends pet care. Furry friends shall not be responsible, for any damages that may occur from another parties negligence.
We also care for your outdoor cats as well , although please understand that we can not be held responsible for any illness or loss. We will however take care of them as we would any of your other fur babies. Furry friends will provide transportation to a veterinary hospital for emergency medical care if needed.
We do advise that each of your outdoor fur babies have identification tags on them.
All clients must sign a Hurricane Evacuation disclosure during the months of June-November, this form states if client would like for their pet(s) to remain home in the case of a evacuation, or for Furry friends to find a suitable boarding facility, all boarding expenses will be paid by the owner of the pet(s). Finding a boarding facility cannot be guaranteed due to the enormous boarding required for the area. We will do our best to find one for your pet(s).
If a boarding facility is not available, we will do our best to make sure your pet(s) are safe indoors. and with weather permitting, continue with our daily visits.
After the initial consultation , we ask that services be paid in full on or before your scheduled services begin. We accept cash and checks . We will leave a detailed invoice showing your charges, and a furry friends pet activity log.

We also give 10% discounts for your referrals, discount will be given when your referral books a service with us.
